Regulations On Charging Additional Fees
The time required for a counseling session is: 60 minutes / session. Customers will be charged an additional fee in the following cases:
- Arrive late for your appointment.
- Ask the consultant to work more hours than the specified time. (Timeline is calculated specifically: After 15 minutes will be charged 25% of the fee of a consultation session)
Consultation Fee Exemption / Reduction Policy
SEC has a policy of exemption and reduction of consultation fees for the following cases:
- Where customers have special financial difficulties. In each specific case, we will consult with our consultant and based on the company’s regulations to give the most reasonable consultation fee
