When to come in?

Life can bring many challenges, from depression and loneliness to anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed by these struggles, psychotherapy offers a supportive space to work through them. Together, we can help you find clarity, healing, and practical solutions to improve your life.

How it can help

Individual Psychotherapy helps you gain a deeper understanding and awareness of yourself, so you can navigate life’s difficulties with more peace and clarity. Through psychotherapy, you will:

  • Build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others by improving communication and connection.
  • Process unresolved pain, anger, and emotional blocks that may be affecting your well-being.
  • Identify and challenge limiting thoughts, beliefs, and habits that impact your day-to-day life.
  • Learn practical skills for handling difficult emotions, making better decisions, and developing healthier coping strategies.

Our Psychotherapy Process

The first step is to call us and schedule your initial appointment. We’ll match you with a therapist who’s best suited to meet your needs.

During your first session, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your therapist and share why you’re seeking psychotherapy. You’ll also be able to ask questions about the process, confidentiality, and what to expect in your sessions.

At the end of your first session, if you decide to continue, we’ll schedule follow-up appointments. In the second session, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your personality, needs, resources, and cultural background.
